Architect of my life and destiny.
What does an architect do?
They design buildings, right?
Here, we are talking about God.
The architect of your life. He had no one in mind when he was creating you. He created you with only you in mind.
While you were hidden from the world, he knit you together in your mother's womb. Psalms 139:13
Like that was not enough, he designed all of your days. He had them written in a book. Psalms 139:16
There is nothing you face that God isn't aware of. Psalms 139:3-4
He didn't even stop there.
He went ahead to chart your path. Psalms 1:6 (CEV)
He has been there. Every single day you'd live, he has been there. He knows them.
He follows behind you to guard you from the harm of your past, guides you gently as he leads you to that blessed future that he has planned - yes, the one of good, not of evil. Psalms 139:5, Jeremiah 29:11
And even sometimes when you miss it, he is ever ready to work it all out for your good. Romans 8:28
Life takes you through some valleys. Valleys of the shadow of death. It takes you through the fire. Psalms 23:4
He doesn't just leave you to walk through the fire even though he equips you with all that you need for life and godliness. 2 Peter 1:3.
He walks through the fire with you just to ensure that you come out unscathed. Isaiah 43:2
A good, good father🥹
Likeee, you wouldn't even smell burned. Ahh.
You can ask the Hebrew boys.
The only evidence that you've been through the fire would be the refinement and the pruning.
The architect.
With this architect, my life is safe and secure. Isaiah 49:16
I can trust him with it.
I can go to bed and sleep like a baby because he surrounds me with himself. Psalms 3:3, 5
He surrounds me with HIMSELF, lifts my head high, carries me and holds me.
He carries my weights. He is strong enough to stand in between me and the mightiest waves.
The weight of my world isn't heavy for him. Matthew 11:28
Nah.
He claps for me when I win. He says he is proud of me. Zephaniah 3:17
He carries me when I'm strong. Especially when I'm weak. 2 Corinthians 12:9. He is always carrying me and I don't know about you but I love being carried.
He answers me when I call.
He hears me when I cry.
I wouldn't have another architect design the pages of my life.
There is none better.
If I were to create a life of my own, it'll probably crumble.
So I'll leave it with him. I'll try. I'll give him back each time I take it back with worry or anxiety.
I'll trust him. When worry comes, I'll pray. Philippians 4:6
I'll go back to Matthew 6 when he says,
"Why worry about clothes? Look how the wild flowers grow. They don't work hard to make their clothes. But I tell you that Solomon with all his wealth wasn't as well clothed as one of them. God gives such beauty to everything that grows in the fields, even though it is here today and thrown into a fire tomorrow. God will surely do even more for you! Why do you have such little faith?"
Rest! God has got you!
Life will not drown you. It won't crush you. You are a winner. You can't lose a won battle.
The back up (word) for every single gift the Lord has blessed us with! Oh, to have the Lord, my beautiful architect as my life planner🩷
